With an extensive background in commercial real estate sourcing and development, Danielle Harris’s unique skill set makes her markedly qualified for her role as Chief Administrative Officer with Safe Harbor. Development.

From organizational policy development to implementation of the company’s strategic plan, she brings a high level of administrative expertise to the senior leadership team. 

Danielle is responsible for all aspects of real estate acquisition and development for Safe Harbor Development’s diverse projects, from initial lease/purchase through build out and installation to sustainable success.

Along with providing instructional leadership to the company’s multiple project teams, she serves as the primary brand liaison for branded initiatives and oversees all marketing, sales, social media and public relations.

Prior Experience:

As Vice President of Real Estate for Natural Markets Food Group based in Irvington, New York she was responsible for the entire real estate function of two organic grocery brands and one restaurant brand in the Northeast, Midwest and all of Canada. Danielle managed a significant national network of brokers along with all aspects of real estate asset management.

Danielle was a Real Estate Consultant to Earth Fare from 2008 to 2014, where she developed and implemented a strategic 5-year new store growth plan to double the number of stores from 15 to 30 in the Southeast and Midwest markets.  She was responsible for the entire development process from trade area selection to store openings, which included LOI and lease negotiations, as well as coordinating with construction, design and senior executives to deliver best in market locations.  

Before Earth Fare, Danielle worked with Cullom Properties and Holrob Investments developing commercial real estate centers for Walmart, Home Depot, Earth Fare, Goodwill and numerous retailers in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.
