A proven leader with experience in direct restaurant management, multi-unit operations, restaurant site selection, construction, and upper-level leadership, he brings his depth of knowledge in the industry to the Safe Harbor Team’s hospitality initiatives. From small chains to large publicly held companies, he has refined his substantial knowledge base in the areas of customer satisfaction and retention, cost control and budget management, sales, product and market analysis and team-building and human resources management. He is known for translating organizational mission and vision into practical strategies that, when executed lead to consistent positive sales growth and immediate and long-term profitability. Companies, where he developed his expertise, include Southeast Restaurant Group, Morrison Companies, Diverse Concepts, and Logan’s Roadhouse.
