Kristine Reagan-Harmon - Vice President of Operations

Kris Harmon has more than three decades of hospitality industry leadership experience having held leadership positions with Kana Hotel Group, Hospitality Solutions, and Benchmark Hospitality. Her hotel operations experience ranges from select-service hotels to luxury resorts with franchised chain hotels and independently owned and managed properties. Experienced in opening new hotels, she opened the first LEED-certified hotel for Hilton Hotels in Tennessee as well as the Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge. Kris also served as general manager of the Margaritaville Island Hotel which was recently named the #1 hotel for 2017 in the "Best of Pigeon Forge." Passionate about guest service, Kris ensures quality service delivery at the company’s hotels by establishing proven service standards, directing staff development, and applying actionable data to the integration of processes and systems.
