Michael Houbre - Chief Legal Counsel
Michael Houbre brings his experience in transactional, employment, and corporate law to his role as Chief Legal Counsel at Safe Harbor Development. Michael oversees all legal matters of the company and its management portfolio. His areas of expertise and responsibilities include acquisitions, financing, contract drafting and negotiation, and providing advice on new laws, existing laws, and legal interpretation.
Michael's leadership experience includes serving on multiple executive leadership teams and church boards. He graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and is a licensed attorney in Tennessee.
Michael, originally from Knoxville, is raising his three children here with his wife Lindsey, who serves as part of the Mission Staff at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.
